Full Property Management

This comprehensive service includes the Find a Tenant Service and allows you to step back whilst we market your property, find suitable tenants, set up the tenancy and fully manage your property. The service includes the following:

  • Advertising and marketing of the property
  • Accompanied viewings of the property
  • Comprehensive referencing on all Tenants and Guarantors
  • Preparation and execution of Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement / Company Tenancy Agreement
  • Management of the transfer of utility bills and council tax
  • Collection and management of a 1 month damage deposit
  • Rent collection Monthly notification of rent payment
  • Property inspections
  • Management of all issues and emergencies generated from the property
  • Management of all repairs and maintenance issues as detailed in the Terms of Business
  • Management of the tenant relationship and tenancy extensions
  • Management of the end of the Tenancy and property vacation

Find A Tenant Service

This convenient service allows you to relax while we market your property, find suitable tenants and set up the tenancy. The service includes the following;

  • Expert and honest advice on the preparation of your property
  • Consultation with you over achievable rent
  • Advertising and marketing of the property
  • Accompanied viewings of the property
  • Comprehensive referencing on all Tenants and Guarantors
  • Preparation and execution of Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement / Company Tenancy Agreement
  • Management of the transfer of utility bills and council tax
  • Collection of a 1 month damage deposit
  • Collection of first months rent
  • Arranging of standing order for payment of rent
